DAY TWO
To acclimatise to New Zealand conditions we will travel south through Hamilton to the world renowned attractions at Waitomo. Here we will be entertained by Billy Black and his true New Zealand farm show followed by a sumptuous lunch and a visit to the Glowworm caves. By mid afternoon we will continue south into the heart of the North Island to the small town of Taumarunui near the triple mountains of Ngaruahoe, Ruapehu and Tongariro. Here we will enjoy true New Zealand hospitality at the Central Motor Inn. (BD)

DAY THREE
This morning we will play our first game of golf at the picturesque Taumarunui Golf Club, a pleasant undulating course and good for all abilities. An excellent introduction to New Zealand conditions. After lunch we will drive through the ever changing landscape, over the hills to the southern tip of Lake Taupo, famous for its size, its beauty and its trout. A pleasant drive around the lake will bring us to Taupo, our base for the next two nights. (BD)

DAY FOUR
A choice of golf awaits you today as we offer you one (or two) of three courses to play today. At the one venue is the Taupo Golf Club where you can choose between the pretty, and undulating regular course or the Championship course which is more challenging. Or, if you prefer, you can tackle the Wairakei International Course just 5 minutes north of Taupo. If you are keen we can organise 36 holes of golf today at two of the three courses listed OR if you are not such an avid golfer you can try 9 holes on the interesting 9 hole course attached to the Wairakei International Hotel. Some interesting Geothermal sights are available for part of your day. (BD)

DAY FIVE
Today we head for Rotorua, the Maori Culture Capital of New Zealand where an array of sights, sounds and smells await you. There will be a chance to see an authentic Maori concert after enjoying a traditional Maori "Hangi" meal. Our base in Rotorua is the Lake Plaza International Hotel. (BD)

DAY SIX
The Rotorua Golf Club will be our hosts today as we play another of New Zealand's 300+ golf courses. You can have the choice of either a morning or an afternoon game with the remainder of the day available for sightseeing or shopping. (BD)

DAY SEVEN
As we leave the sights of the central North Island, we head back towards Auckland through the craft town of Tirau and enjoy a tour of a deer farm at Oraka Wapiti. On our return to Auckland we will visit the Viaduct Basin, home of the America's Cup fleet and settle in to our accommodation at the First Imperial Hotel. (BD)

DAY EIGHT
Today we will book a mid morning tee off at the magnificent Formosa Country Club designed by New Zealand's most successful professional golfer, Sir Bob Charles. The layout and setting of the course is world class and will make for an enjoyable days golf. Free time in the City of Sails will follow our return from golf. The hotel is close to town and the Sky City casino. (BD)

DAY NINE
We travel north today on our way to the beautiful Bay of Islands and the town of Paihia. On the way we will travel via Matakohe to visit the famous Kauri museum and visit a grove of mighty Kauri trees over one hundred years old. On arrival in Paihia there will be time to visit the Treaty Grounds where the European settlers and the native Maori people signed an historic agreement which has , and still is, shaping the country. (BD)

DAY TEN
There can be no more beautiful setting than the Waitangi Golf Club course. Set on top of the cliffs overlooking the hundreds of islands which make up the Bay of Islands, this golf course is superb. Your morning round here will take your breath away. The afternoon can be used to "catch your breath" and visit the historic town of Russell or take a leisurely stroll around Paihia.(BD)

DAY ELEVEN
